  • Trial & billing: new accounts get a 7-day trial (no card). At upgrade, checkout runs through Stripe; see POST /v1/billing/checkout and the dashboard. A lapsed trial freezes new-session creation (your data and protection stay intact).
  • My number got throttled: you are in AT_RISK/CRITICAL — read GET /v1/sessions/{id}/protection, act on alerts, and let warm-up recover the score. See Protection.
  • Session won't connect: re-run connect and re-scan the QR; check session status.
